This Access Door can be really useful for your commercial washroom. It is flush universal with exposed flange and is engineered for a fast and straightforward setup on walls and ceilings without fire-rating. It is also constructed from various materials including 16-gauge cold rolled steel and the frame is 1 1/2" in depth. The locking mechanism of the access door includes a screw-type latch and a pin-type hinge. The hinge is made in hot rolled and stamped steel pin. It is located on the second dimension (height). The access door has a high quality white powder coat primer for finition.
