Delivery

If the products are in stock, all order processing takes place between 1 to 3 business days. If the product is not available, we can order it for you; just let us know.

*Please note that if you order multiple copies of the same item, in case of out of stock, we may need to order it, thus extending the order processing time.

*Please note that the preparation time for your order may vary depending on our stock levels and the timeframe may differ based on the products.

For small packages: Your order will be sent with Canada Post or FedEx after processing, and it will be delivered within 2 to 10 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped.

For large packages: Any order containing one or more large items (heavy or oversized) will be delivered by one of our specialized transport partners. The timeframe typically varies between 3 to 15 business days after processing. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time window (when possible).

*No delivery will be made to a P.O. box, but only to the provided civic address during your order.

*Please note that Archex is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

*Once the order is received, you have 5 business days to check the condition of your merchandise and ensure that the quantities and quality match your order. After these 5 business days, any claim for missing or damaged items will be denied.
