• If you wish to have a refund of your items, you have a period of 30 days to make a return request. Send an email to service@archexsupply.com with the reasons for your request, including the order number and photos of your products. If your return is accepted, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be communicated to you. Please note that in some cases, you may receive a prepaid shipping label to affix to your package to be returned. If the return is refused, the transport will be at your expense (not credited).

• For the return to be accepted:

1. Items must be in perfect condition

2. You must keep the original packaging

3. You must provide us with a copy of the receipt

• The refund is made to the same original method of payment, within 14 working days.
• Returns must be verified before being credited
• One exception : All mirrors cannot be returned or exchanged

The warranty applicable to each of the products sold online on the archexsupply.com site is that of the manufacturer.
