Do you sell products other than those on the website?
Yes, we sell other products that are not on the site. We produce our own products by EAD, our manufacturing division, which mainly produces laminate/solid laminate toilet divisions and solid laminate lockers. We also sell products from different suppliers: toilet divisions, locker rooms, handrails, wall protections, expansion joint covers and fire barriers, locker room benches, access hatches, step noses, mesh partitions, sliding security doors and counter shutters, post office lockers, curtain rails, foot-scratching grilles, roll-up doors and solar screens. What are the shipping costs?
We have three categories of shipping costs, depending on the total cost of your cart. If you buy for $500 or more, shipping is free. If you buy from $200 to $499 the shipping fee is $40. If you buy up to $199 the shipping fee is $25.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all Canadian provinces, excluding the territories.
What are the delivery times following an order?
Order preparation requires 48 hours. Subsequently, the products in stock will be shipped and will arrive between 5 to 10 business days. If the product you want is not in stock, we will place the order and follow up directly with you within 24 to 48 hours of the order to inform you of the delivery time.
Returns and exchanges
How do I make a refund?
- If you wish to have a refund of your items, you have a period of 30 days to make a return request. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reasons for your request, including the order number and photos of your products. If your return is accepted, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be communicated to you. Please note that in some cases, you may receive a prepaid shipping label to affix to your package to be returned. If the return is refused, the transport will be at your expense (not credited).
- For the return to be accepted:
- Items must be in perfect condition
- You must keep the original packaging
- You must provide us with a copy of the receipt
- The refund is made to the same original method of payment, within 14 working days.
What are your warranty policies?
The warranty applicable to each of the products sold online on the archexsupply.com site is that of the manufacturer.
