For small packages: Your order will be sent with Canada Post or FedEx after processing it (1 to 3 business days) and will be delivered within 2 to 10 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Heavy and oversized items: Any order containing one or more large items (heavy or oversized) will be delivered by one of our specialized transport partners. The delay normally varies between 3 and 15 days after the processing of it (1 to 3 working days).

The carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and time slot (where possible).
